1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or logistics delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below the minimum value, a standard shipping charge of ₹55 applies.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We’re embracing the spirit of Digital India, so we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with secure online payment options through Razorpay and all major UPI methods. Safe, quick, and hassle-free!
7. Undelivered Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
8. Delays & Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contactshauq@gmail.com for assistance.
- In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partners. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
