Cancellation and Refund Policy for Shauq.in
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please email us at contactshauq@gmail.com with your order details.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our return policy after receiving the product.
- Cancellation by Shauq.in: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
2. Return Policy
Our products are eligible for return only if the product received is either damaged or different from the order.
We do not accept returns in any other circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
- Mode of Refund:
- If paid via credit/debit card, UPI or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, COD charges, and any additional service fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video of the product.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, you can either choose an alternative item or opt for a refund.
